Description:

This conference will be a forum on emerging food safety issues in Missouri.  Speakers will provide information on new technologies and public policy in food safety. 

Scheduled speakers will include Vito Palazzolo from the National Restaurant Association, Dr. Bruce R. Hamaker, Purdue University and Drew Falkenstein from Marler/Clark Attorneys at Law, LLP., PS. 

A registration fee of $65 must be submitted to cover conference expenses.  Please submit a copy of your registration confirmation email and payment to:
