Available as both a global and workgroup application, DataTools enables portal members to create, build, and manage simple questionnaires. The survey can be administered to portal and non-portal members, but access the responses are restricted to secure portal.

DataTools is available in both the Task Force and FoodSHIELD portals.

The Alerts app is a tool that allows an approved user to send customized text messages, emails, and prerecorded voice messages to a list of recipients.  

An alert may be sent instantly or scheduled to be sent at a specified date.

The Conferences & Events app allows users to create events and invite members to attend.  Two types of events are available - online and onsite.

Online: The event will take place entirely online. It will be an online webinar.

Onsite: The event will take place at an onsite conference location. Users will register for the event online, but then travel to attend.

SecureSend supports the secure sharing of large files not traditionally able to be emailed. Files larger than 5 MB can be shared with individuals via notice and secure pickup within the portal. Recipients can be members or non-members. Each workgroup has its own SecureSend app, allowing group members to securely share large files with other group members.
